DONT USE! Charged $810 and no plane Tkt

I bought a plane Tkt using this app and it kept spinning until it crashed.
I checked my bank and was charged $810 for nothing.
I call Israel and they said soryy they cant do anything but to call El Al in Zurich, Switzerland.
I did and they said the same thing that they are very sorry but cant refund any money.
I lost $810 and have to enter a dispute with my bank!
DONT USE THIS APP U WILL LOSE MONEY!
